Supercharge your scalp
The scalp; hidden away under our hair, it's not something we spend a lot of time looking at or thinking about... unless it's causing us irritation in one way or another. Yet scalp issues, whether it's an itch, dandruff or hair loss are a lot more common than you may realise.
Let's make scalp care a thing! Here are a couple of things you can do to keep your scalp healthy and happy:
Cleanse and exfoliate: Invest in a purifying shampoo to gently exfoliate the scalp, this will help clear any build-up from products and create an optimum environment for growth. Add this into your regime every second week or once a month, depending on how your scalp feels.
Massage: Touch your scalp more! Really work the shampoo into your scalp with your fingertips not only will this cleanse and clean but it will help release tension and provide stress relief.
Stimulate: Brush your hair daily. This will stimulate blood flow, helping to nourish the follicle and bring oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles.
