Profile: Stacey Ciceron

WHO IS SHE?

Stacey Ciceron is a natural hair expert, celeb hairstylist as well as Oribe brand ambassador and collaborator, born and raised in New York City. While quarantined in NYC with her family, Stacey kept busy by turning her kitchen into a mini film set... the ultimate kitchen technician, filming mini-courses and tutorials to teach us how to manage curls and coils.

CAREER

Stacey has worked with some of the most renowned companies in our industry; Vidal Sassoon, Bumble and Bumble, Sheamoisture, Tresemme, and more recently Oribe on product development, tutorials and campaigns. You would have seen her work on the Fashion Week circuit from NYC to Paris, America’s Next Top Model & Project Runway, on the covers of our favourite magazines such as Vogue, Purple, and Vanity Fair to name a few, or on the likes of Joan Smalls, Chanel Iman & Bjork. She's also an educator, specialising in teaching stylists and retailers techniques for clients and customers with highly textured hair.

ORIBE COLLABORATOR

Stacey worked alongside the Oribe Lab for over a year to formulate products within the ‘Moisture & Control’ range, catering for the specific needs of tighter, type 4 hair textures! It was important for them to create these high-end products that give textured hair a luxury experience, something that was not really an option in the market.

TEXTURE & COILS

Type 4 hair looks coarse and strong but is often dry and quite fragile. Delicate coils and textures need products that nourish, strengthen, hydrate and protect. Oribe's Moisture & Control range is full of enriching butters, like; mango seed butter, cocoa seed butter, avocado oil, jojoba oil that will detangle, repair and deeply condition to leave hair feeling ultra-soft and moisturised.
