Willy Chavarria's show was a tribute to his hometown of Huron, California, and "a prayer for the souls caught in the shadows of ICE, for the families torn apart by borders and steel, and for every spirit still waiting for justice in a land that too often forgets its heart".
Fittingly, the hair was also an homage to Latino pride in hair, featuring exaggerated pompadours, curls, natural textures, and plenty of set gel.
