Ahead of the movie release of 'Billie Eilish- Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour' we look back at the singer's undeniably influential hair journey. Though we may never know just how many hairstylists saw a reference photo of her now iconic neon halo hair, she never fails to inspire.
